EMA is the exclusive US repair center for Lust/Lti Drives and Servos. We receive calls every day to assist in some way with Lust drives & motors.
These calls are transferred to EMA’s own “Lust Specialist”, Jessica Hall. I bet you didn’t even know that we staffed one of those! Everyone that speaks with her, is always glad to find that it’s pronounced, Lữst (sounds like loost) and NOT Lust (as you normally say it). They have a good chuckle together and then get down to business.
Lust has since changed their name to LTi, so we now refer to them as Lust LTi servo drives. EMA partnered with Lust LTi back 1997 when we received one of their drives for repair. Our technical staff is very experienced with these units, and we routinely perform field service on them at customers’ locations or they ship the repairs to one of our 3 service centers.
Lust LTi servo drives are used in several different industries across North America. Lust LTi servo drives are found on extruders, transplant machines for greenhouses, laser machines, elevators, winding machines, and wind turbines (just to name a few).
One thing that is very important when assisting Lust LTi customers is getting the full part number of the unit. Many of Lust LTi drives are installed on very specific applications that require custom specific software. If you order a replacement without it, the unit won’t operate in your machine. You can rely on EMA to get you the proper replacement unit.
If you have a Lust LTi servo drive or servo motor, give our “Lust Specialist”, Jessica Hall a call at 800-848-2504. You are probably going to have a chuckle with her, but you’ll also find out that you’ve found a reliable source and knowledgeable source for your repairs, replacements, and parts for Lust LTi servo motors & servo drives.
Jessie has been with EMA a long time, and is a valued member of our team. Many of our customers tell us how pleasant and enjoyable Jessie is to talk with, not to mention that she’s a real expert on the LTi / Lust products.
